Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
- Vape cartridges or gummies are only refundable if the product is defective, malfunctioning, or was damaged during shipping in a way that makes it unusable.
- Any unusable products due to rough handling during delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery — no exceptions.
- Refunds or exchanges for defective items must include your order number, reason for return, photos of the product, and photos of the packing slip to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
- Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Refunds are subject to approval.
Please note: We do not accept returns for effectiveness or overall experience of any product, as these can affect each person differently based on factors such as tolerance, metabolism, or intended use.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
All returns must be sent back via shipping. We do not accept in-person returns.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lighthousebotanicalshops.com.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and required photos.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping your product back.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning items. The cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@lighthousebotanicalshops.com to report the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
If your order is never received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
